  1. A one-time administration fee of £9.50 will be charged with your first payment.
  2. Membership benefits apply after six consecutive monthly payments have been received.
  3. Discounts are applicable only for treatments performed at our practice.
  4. Implants, Teeth Whitening, and Facial Aesthetics are excluded from discounts.
  5. Discounts and benefits apply solely to treatments conducted within our dental surgery.
