Every day, taking them out for eating and drink. You are aiming to wear the aligners for 22 hours a day.
Yes. We recommend that you take them out for cleaning, eating and drinking everything except water. If you had an important event to attend such as a wedding or a job interview, it would not be a problem to wear the aligner less for the odd occasion.
No! There’s no such thing as too old when it comes to straightening your teeth with Invisalign.
As with all braces, it’s essential to wear retainers at night to prevent your teeth moving afterwards. We can help you with these, too.
